Drawing on 15+ years in corporate leadership and the experience of starting my own business, I bring a deep understanding of work and careers to coaching.
I pair that experience with a whole-person approach to help you grow as a leader, build a business, or decide what’s next in your career.

High Impact Leadership…
Before starting coaching, I led through intense periods of high growth at both Zillow Group and Alaska Airlines. I built a function from the ground up, helped launch new businesses, reported directly to the CFO, presented to boards, investors, and rating agencies, and managed multibillion-dollar M&A and financing transactions.
Plus a Love of Teaching…
I grew up in a family of teachers and have always been drawn to helping others learn and grow, even when it wasn’t part of my formal job. Building mentoring programs? Starting a leadership book club? Developing a training series for over 100 people? Yes, yes, and yes.

I understand how organizations work, the demands of high-growth leadership, what goes into building something from scratch, and what it’s like to navigate a career today. You won’t have to explain all of the context - instead, we’ll spend our sessions focused on helping you move toward your goals.
How Lucere Group began
I first learned about the impact of coaching while leading a team through a particularly challenging situation. Working with a coach helped me get clear about my values, my leadership style, and how to be a more effective leader for my team.
After my daughter was born, those same values helped me think through what was next. I still wanted to go after big goals and use my leadership skills, but having more flexibility for my family also mattered.
Through a series of small, intentional steps I tried out coaching as a career. It was a great fit for my leadership experience and love of helping people grow. I started Lucere Group, and now have the amazing job of helping clients become the leaders, founders, and people they want to be.
The way I coach
I’m trained in Co-Active coaching, which is a collaborative, whole-person approach.
My goal is to create a coaching relationship where you can drop your professional persona and feel comfortable sharing both your dreams and your doubts. We can be deeply practical, but there’s also room for things to be messy, playful, and even fun. All things that can get lost when we talk about work!
At the end of each session, my hope is that you’ll feel supported, challenged, and excited to take action towards your goals.
More about me: I live in Seattle with my husband, toddler, and dog. I’m an enthusiastic cross-country skier, avid reader, and slow but dedicated runner.
