Text Box: A Profile of Our Organization LuCere is led by Jim Bierbower and Kate Hayden. Both are veterans in the Chicago training and consulting community. Each has more than 25 years experience and has earned the Certified Performance Technologist designation. We are intimately familiar with businesses in the middle market through the Fortune 100. Our Staffing Model We use a just-in-time approach to staffing from a large pool of associates. This gives us more flexibility in applying the right skills at the right time, and keeps our costs lower, which means more competitive pricing.
